The Incipio NGP Case for iPhone Xs and iPhone X has received a generally positive reception from customers, showcasing a blend of functionality, aesthetics, and dependable protection. Many users praise its flexible and lightweight design, highlighting its effectiveness in shock absorption and overall safeguarding against drops, which is often a primary concern for smartphone users. Several long-time users have expressed loyalty to the Incipio brand, noting that this case has protected their devices through multiple generations of iPhones without fail. The case’s clear back allows the phone's color to show through, although some customers wish the back was fully transparent rather than partially frosted. A Consistent theme among the reviews is the case's slim profile, which balances protection without adding undue bulk to the phone. However, not all feedback is entirely positive. A few users have reported issues with the durability of the case over time, with one customer noting that the case began crumbling within a day of use—a stark contrast to earlier experiences. This inConsistency in quality has left some customers feeling frustrated, particularly those who anticipated the same reliability they had come to expect from previous purchases. Additionally, while the design is appreciated, some reviewers found that the smooth surface of the case could be slippery, requiring caution when handling the device. Overall, the Incipio NGP Case stands out for its protection and design, making it a popular choice among customers who prioritize both form and function in their iPhone accessories. **
