- MORE DURABLE PLASTIC: Made of high-quality POM plastic that is a high-density copolymer polymer, this acetal copolymer plastic round rod is relatively hard in thermoplastics. It is resistant to fatigue and bending, allowing it to last for a time.
- EFFECTIVE AGAINST HUMIDITY: With a low centerline porosity, round acetal copolymer rod has excellent moisture resistance and humidity resistance, and it absorbs minimal moisture even when exposed to humidity, so you don't have to worry about degassing and water penetration.
- EASILY MACHINABLE: Black acetal copolymer rod can be used at -40- 106°C, is resistant to high temperatures, has very good dimensional stability and excellent mechanical properties, and will not become sticky when sanded with sanders, milling machines, CNC machines, miter saws.
- USE IN MULTIPLE FIELDS: Widely used in the manufacture of sliding machinery, washers and mandrels, gears, bearings, washers/pins, etc. Its applicable industries are all over the automotive, clothing, industry, machinery, sports equipment and other fields.
